For more than 20 years, I've worked in leadership, operations, human resources, and business.
I've led teams, partnered with executives, facilitated leadership development programs, provided executive coaching and leadership coaching, and helped organizations navigate growth, change, and complexity.
That experience allows me to bridge strategy and people, leadership and execution, organizational goals and human realities.
