I bring 20+ years in leadership development, executive coaching, sales, service, and organizational transformation plus deep operational experience in HR and business leadership.

I'm ICF-PCC credentialed, a CliftonStrengths and Ubuntu Coach, and an MBTI practitioner.

But what matters most? I don't just teach this work. I live it.
