Here’s how it works:
10 minutes: We’ll ground ourselves with a simple exercise, share intentions (like “I’m conquering email mountain today” or “Meditation is my jam this hour”).
1 hour and 40 minutes: Quiet, focused work time. You can keep your video on or off—your choice. Do whatever’s meaningful for you: plan your week, send emails, journal, nap (seriously), or just breathe deeply.
Last 10 minutes: Share any insights or breakthroughs you had—or just wave goodbye and float off into your productive afterglow.
