How We'll Work Together:

3 months | 6 sessions | Bi-weekly support

Each 60-minute session is focused on your current challenges and immediate next steps. We'll address whatever career situation you're facing with practical strategies and confidence-building approaches.

Navigating difficult conversations with confidence
Building executive presence and communication skills
Making strategic decisions under pressure
Managing up, down, and across your organization
Handling conflict or challenging team dynamics

You'll have access to digital coaching support as needed during our time together.

Pre and Post Session Reflection Worksheets
You are invited to share your reflections, questions, and insights as they arise. I'll offer guidance intuitively, employing various means such as reflections, coaching queries, encouragement, journaling prompts, or providing relevant resources.
Audio Recordings of our sessions (if desired)

The Total Investment is: $2200

Payment options: Single payment of $2,200 or 3 monthly payments of $733

Notes:

After three months, you'll have the option to renew. Unused sessions will expire.
