Embody

A Private Six-Month Immersion in Living From Yourself

For women who are ready to close the gap between what they know to be true and how they live.

Application required | Limited spaces each year

If you're like most of the women who come to me, you’re doing well on paper.

From the outside, your life works. You are capable. Respected. Relied upon.

You’re the one people lean on…The one who figures it out.

But somewhere along the way, strength became self-abandonment.

Productivity became proof of worth.

Over-functioning became normal.

Responsibility became identity.

You don’t fall apart.

You just feel it in your body.

In the tightness in your chest before a big decision.

In the way you rehearse conversations in your head over and over.

In how hard it is to fully rest ... even when nothing is urgent.

You’re not breaking down.

You’re waking up to the fact that the version of you who built this life isn’t the one meant to lead you next.

And that realization is both liberating…and disorienting.

You’re not in crisis.

You’re at a threshold.

You might say you want more confidence.

Or clarity. Or space to think.

Or permission to want something different.

But deep down, you already know more than you're living.

You know what your body has been trying to tell you.

You know what isn't yours to carry.

You know where you've been abandoning yourself.

You know the conversations you've been avoiding.

You know the boundaries you've been postponing.

The challenge isn't knowing.

It's living what you know.

That's the work we'll do together.

Living what you know begins to look like this...

Making decisions without abandoning yourself

Trusting what you already know before looking outside of yourself for reassurance.

Carrying what is yours and letting go of what isn't.

Choosing honesty over the pressure to appear strong.

Closing the gap between what you know and how you live.

Why I Do This Work

I've spent years sitting with women who were extraordinary on paper and exhausted in private.

Women leading organizations.

Families.

Teams.

Businesses.

Women who could carry everyone else...

...but had stopped carrying themselves with the same care.

I'm not interested in helping you become more impressive on paper.

I'm interested in helping you close the gap between what you know to be true and how you live.

Because insight doesn't create change.

Information doesn't create change.

Even self-awareness doesn't create change.

Change happens when what you know begins to shape the way you lead, choose, work, and live.

That's the work we do in Embody.

You've mastered achievement...

Now you're being invited to live what you know.

This stage often brings grief, disorientation, and unexpected honesty about what no longer fits.

If you ignore this threshold, you won’t collapse...immediately.

You’ll simply become more successful at being someone you’ve already outgrown.

More respected. More accomplished. More outwardly stable.

And increasingly disconnected from your body, your truth, and your deeper authority.

That erosion is subtle.

Until your body forces the conversation you’ve been avoiding.

That's when many women find their way here.

What Happens Inside This Immersion

Over six months, in a private and deeply held container, we'll work together to close the gap between what you know to be true and how you live.

Not by giving you more answers. But by helping you live more fully from the wisdom you already carry.

Together, we'll notice the patterns, expectations, and habits that sneakily pull you away from yourself—and practice returning to what you already know to be true.

Along the way, you'll begin questioning the beliefs and conditioning that taught you things like:

• That being needed equals being valuable.

• That slowing down means falling behind.

• That boundaries are selfish.

• That vulnerability makes you unreliable.

• That your intuition needs validation.

This isn't about becoming someone different.

It's about becoming more congruent with who you already are.

It's about living what you know.

What Women Say After Six Months

Leigh, Sr. Sales Director

"I've slowed down and I'm more aware. I'm being more intentional. I'm not busy 24x7. I would've gotten sucked into the vortex of drama 6 months ago - now I can see the whole picture and trust myself to make decisions that align with my values."

Alyssa, Career Coach

"I came into coaching outwardly ‘fine,’ but inwardly exhausted and stuck. Through our work, I learned to separate my worth from what I produce and to trust my inner knowing. I lead myself differently now."

Beth, Founder

"I came to Val knowing I needed to ask bigger questions and realign with my core values. Through our work, I gained awareness of patterns that were holding me back and learned how to navigate them toward true alignment. I now trust my inner guidance in a way I didn’t before."

Who This is For

This space is for women who:

  • Are outwardly successful but inwardly know something no longer fits.

  • Have done the work...and know they're ready to live it.

  • Are tired of talking themselves out of what they already know.

  • Are ready to close the gap between what they know to be true and how they live.

  • Want the relationship they have with themselves to become the foundation for how they lead, choose, work, and live.

If you're looking for quick confidence, motivation, or another framework to learn, this probably isn't the right fit.

If you're ready for your life to begin reflecting what you already know to be true, I'd love to walk alongside you.

Application required. Limited spaces each year.

“Val has truly helped me see myself differently and get to the root causes behind some of my thinking or actions. My time with her is more valuable than with my therapist and helping me to realize who I really am and how to be that person.”

Amanda, CEO

A client recently sent this after our work together.

She said the scent reminded her of what she feels now:

"I am grounded and at peace. I trust that I am eternally safe.

From this place I can create anything."

Embody isn't about becoming someone new.

It's about becoming more fully who you already are.

It's about living what you know.

One decision at a time.

One conversation at a time.

One boundary at a time.

One courageous choice at a time.

Until the way you lead...

The way you choose...

The way you work...

The way you live...

...begins to reflect what you've known to be true all along.

You don't have to earn your own authority.

You simply have to stop abandoning it.

  • Always on, always needed — and delegation still feels like one more thing to manage
  • Leading 5-50+ people but feeling like you're failing them and yourself - carrying the weight of every decision
  • Saying yes to everything because "good leaders don't say no" - everything feels like a burning fire
  • So tuned in to others that your own needs get buried.
  • Getting Sunday scaries - dreading Monday morning because you know the cycle starts again
  • Wanting to show your team you’re human, but feeling like you always have to "show up well" and "be on"
  • Balancing pressure from above and below — you are stretched to meet everyone’s expectations
  • Holding it all together on the outside — while doubting yourself on the inside
  • Being seen as the expert — yet still fearing someone will discover you don’t have it all together
