Payment terms

Before we begin, please read the payment terms. Agora Coaching & Training Solutions, LLC reserves the right to update this policy as needed.

All course purchases are final and non-refundable.
Please read each course sales page fully to avoid any misunderstandings about what is being covered and what is included.
There are no refunds or reimbursements for any reason, so please take your time at the checkout and consider your purchase carefully.

Enrollment in Agora Leadership Book Club requires payment in full or monthly recurring payments due upon enrollment.
- Your charge will appear on your credit card statement as AGORA COACHING

Choosing the payment plan does not imply monthly access. You understand that you are responsible for completing your payments until the entire amount has been paid — even if you decide to cease participating in Agora Leadership Book Club, you are responsible for the entire cost.
- Your payment will be auto-deducted monthly on the same date you enrolled. You are responsible for keeping your credit card on file up to date.
- Payments not collected within 14 days of the recurring payment date are subject to a 3% late fee to cover the time and resources spent on collection. All attempts will be made to contact you about unsuccessful payments prior to the late fee being implemented.
- If your payment is overdue by 30 days, your access to Agora Leadership Book Club will be suspended. In the rare case that payment remains overdue by 90 days, Agora Coaching & Training Solutions, LLC may pursue legal action to collect outstanding payments.
