Welcome to the Agora Leadership Book Summary Club! We are excited to have you as part of our community. To ensure a safe, supportive, and confidential environment for all members, please review and agree to the following terms:

1. Group Coaching Participation

• As a member of the Agora Leadership Book Summary Club, you will have access to group coaching sessions. By participating in these sessions, you agree to be open, respectful, and fully present in the group. You acknowledge that coaching is not therapy and that you are responsible for your personal well-being during and outside the sessions.

2. Content Access and Usage

• You will have access to exclusive content, including book summaries, coaching insights, and resources. This content is for personal use only and must not be shared or sold in any form without written permission from Agora Coaching & Training Solutions, LLC. Unauthorized distribution or sale of this content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the club, without refund.

3. Confidentiality

• We value and respect the privacy of every member. Any personal information, experiences, or discussions shared within group coaching sessions, the Facebook group, or other communication platforms must be kept confidential. By signing this agreement, you commit to honoring the confidentiality of the group and agree not to disclose any private information shared by other members.

4. Facebook Group Access

• As part of your membership, you will gain access to the Agora Leadership Book Summary Club’s private Facebook group. Participation in the group is encouraged for learning, support, and community building. You agree to engage respectfully and constructively, following the group's guidelines. Any form of harassment, inappropriate behavior, or misuse of the platform will result in removal from the group.

5. Payments and Refunds

• Membership to the Agora Leadership Book Summary Club is non-refundable. By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that you are committing to the terms of this agreement. If you choose to cancel your membership, you may do so at any time, but refunds for unused time will not be issued.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content provided within the Agora Leadership Book Summary Club, including but not limited to coaching materials, book summaries, and community resources, is the intellectual property of Agora Coaching & Training Solutions, LLC. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or sell any of the content provided during your membership.

7. Disclaimer

• Agora Leadership Book Summary Club and its coaches do not offer financial, legal, or psychological advice. Participation in coaching sessions and the community is voluntary, and members are responsible for their own decisions and actions. Agora Coaching & Training Solutions, LLC is not liable for any outcomes resulting from participation in the book club.
